BASKETBALL SCOREBOOKS
Please complete the registration to place and pay for your scorebook order.
Please allow up to two weeks for order filling and delivery.
Mailed orders will be sent by Expedited Parcel Post (Canada Post).
Pickup orders will be available at the Langley Events Centre Administration Desk (Gate 1). Email notification will be sent when order is ready for pickup.

- Birthdate: 1940-01-01 (default date)
- Email Address: Email of Contact for School/Organization

- Remaining Fields: complete as required
EMAIL CONFIRMATION - Upon successful completion of the scorebook order (and payment), an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in the scorebook order registration. Note: the email may be sent to the junk folder depending on the email filter.
