BASKETBALL SCOREBOOKS

Please complete the registration to place and pay for your scorebook order.  

The Canada Post service disruption is in effect and will impact the delivery of the scorebook orders. 

During the service disruption, Basketball BC will continue to fill scorebook orders.  However, Basketball BC will not be arranging the delivery of scorebook orders.  Individuals ordering scorebooks will responsible for either picking up their order or arranging delivery at their expense.

Pickup orders will be available at the Langley Events Centre Administration Desk (Gate 1).    
The Basketball BC Program Assistant (programassistant@basketball.bc.ca) will confirm pickup details.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR ORDER FILLING. 
 

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ORDER

NOTE: THE SCHOOL/ORGANIZATION IS THE REGISTRANT NOT THE INDIVIDUAL PLACING THE ORDER

• First Name and Last Name: Name of School/Organization
  • Example: Walnut Grove Secondary School
    • First Name: Walnut Grove; Last Name: Secondary School, Secondary or SS
• Birthdate: 1940-01-01 (default date)
• Email Address:  Email of Contact for School/Organization 
• Phone Number: Phone number of Contact for School/Organization
• Remaining Fields: complete as required

EMAIL CONFIRMATION - Upon successful completion of the scorebook order (and payment), an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in the scorebook order registration.  This is not the notification for the order pickup.  Note: the email may be sent to the junk folder depending on the email filter.  Please contact Basketball BC if you do not receive the email confirmation.
